I believe strongly that belief is a human characteristic that sets us from other things. We believe in the impossible. We believe in religions that bring meaning and light to our lives. Most of all we believe in our ideas.
Imagine if there weren't any humans on the earth who believed that they could do the impossible. Where would the human race be now?
There would of been no Steve Jobs or Bill Gates. We would of never built houses. Instead we would be like our primeval ancestors, living in caves and hunting for food.
How grateful I am for the ability to believe in myself and more importantly a God.
It is my personal belief that believing in a God is essential to our existence here on earth. We need answers we can't anywhere else but religion. Science cannot answer all questions. WE must find the answers for ourselves. I have found my answer in my own life. I encourage you to do so also. You will find a power in your life that you had never seen before.
I COMMEND YOU TO BELIEVE. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AND IN A GOD.
Wow. This is the second post today that I've read that mentioned God. That must mean something. I already said this to Sara Crewe Diaries, but I'll say it to you too. Kudos to you for talking about God when most people generally don't outside of spiritual or sacred settings.
